In Part 1-Our Sugar Angel, Artists shared fond memories that they had with Chef Nick immediately after his death.
 In Part 2 -artists from around the world, gathered together to pay tribute to the Cake World Icon who left a footprint in many lives. Nick was also known as the “Green Tornado” who simply loved to create hyper realistic sugar flowers and foliage. For an year artists prepared themselves, pulling together all the beautiful lessons learned from him, to say thank you to a Great Master. Some of them also have used Chef Nicholas Lodge products to create pieces specifically for this collaboration.
