After the death of the Royal Icing Legend Eddie Spence MBE, I chose to run a cake collaboration to pay tribute to him. Many touching tributes to Eddie Spence and the art he mastered have been created. Tributes not only from many that met him but also from those that respect the art of Royal Icing.
